Use the online tool first for a current status check. If a name, address, or ballot-status question remains unresolved, call the county elections channel rather than trying to infer status from third-party lists. Napa County's Recorder-County Clerk serves as the ex-officio Registrar of Voters, so local questions route through the county election administration structure.
